Return Policy Commandments

  • All returns must be received back to our warehouse in new and unused condition. There are no exceptions. If you return a used product, we unfortunately cannot refund you.

  • heady glass is non refundable unless damaged due to shipping. in that case we will work on coordinating repair on a case by case situation. 

  • Items damaged by you cannot be returned. If your product is damaged as a result of misuse, you are responsible and your product is no longer eligible for a return.

  • All items with packaging must be returned unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

 

If you Received a Defective or Damaged Item

We stand behind our products we sell at paradise smoke & vape. We use quality control and we test most of our products that we sell. On the rare occasion that you are shipped a product that is damaged, simply begin the return process by clicking the button below and we will take care of shipping costs to receive the item back to our warehouse. All refunds will be issued within 48 business hours of our receipt of the damaged/defective item. Defective or Damaged items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If your item breaks outside of the return period, a part is missing, or if you have difficulty or questions about using the product, we recommend contacting the manufacturer.
 

If you Received an Incorrect Item

We double-check every package before it goes out, however, we are not perfect! If you receive an incorrect item, we will send you your correct order at no charge to yourself. Start the return process by clicking the button below. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the incorrect items. Once we have received the incorrect items at our warehouse, we will ship out your correct replacement items within 48 hours.
